Is there any after care I should follow? In the first 48 hours your teeth will be vunerable to staining so we would advise you to avoid staining food and drinks such as red wine, coffee, tea, spinach, curry, tomato based foods etc. How long will it last? All whitening procedures eventually wear off and teeth gradually return to a darker shade but results can last 6 months to 2 years depending on client's lifestyle.
