SMPU SEMI PERMANENT MAKE-UP

Intradermal Pigmentation SPMU is an art form. Pigment is implanted into the dermal layer of the skin (0.50mm) using state of the art equipment. The implanted pigment will gradually fade with time, depending upon a person's age, colour implanted, etc. In some instances traces of pigment will stay indefinitely. Pigment that is implanted too deeply into the dermis becomes a tattoo - and lasts forever. It is vital that to achieve the best results for your client you are using the very best equipment and pigments and have been trained to the highest standard.

All Finishing Touches practitioners believe that 'Less is More' and we will always agree any work with you before we begin your treatment. The first treatment will create a soft effect - you can always add more colour/thickness with subsequent treatments. The cost of two procedures is included in all of our prices.

Eyebrows can be balanced, lengthened, lifted, emphasised or completely replicated. 3D brow simulation is applied to re-create individual hairs. If you have overplucked your eyebrows and have to pencil them on every day this is an ideal procedure because you can wake-up with your eyebrows in place. You will be able to swim without the fear of them washing off. Anybody who suffers total eyebrow loss finds that semi permanent make-up can restore their confidence as their eyebrows look more realistic than pencil.

Lips can look fuller, shape and colour can be enhanced. As we age we can start to lose the outline of our lips and wearing lipstick can be a trauma as there is no definate shape to follow or the lipstick "bleeds". Semi permanent lip line can be an ideal solution. Many people worry that the colour will be too bright but this is not the case. Colour is generally matched to the natural lip shade for a natural effect. Stronger colours can be applied only by clients request.

Lip line with a blush is another technique we use to correct lip shape/cleft lip. The lip outline is balanced then colour is blened into the lip so people would not know you have had treatment.

Lips can also be tinted (full blush) if there is a lack of colour to the natural lip.

Eyes

The Egyptians first realised the benefits in outlining the eyes to enhance their beauty and people today enhance their eyes with eyeliner. Semi permanent make-up can create a perfect smudge free eyeliner, either on top of the eye or below (or both). Many clients worry that the procedure will be painful or they fear the thought of a "needle" approaching the eye. In fact the procedure feels like your having your eyelashes tickled and the procedure can be performed with your eyes closed.

Eyelashes can also be enhanced to appear fuller and thicker by placing pigment through the lash line.
